Thirty Plus is the home for grown energy, tailored nights, and Black excellence over 30. It’s where the music hits different, the outfits are intentional, and the people in the room move like they’ve been here before because they have. Whether you’re sipping champagne at a rooftop lounge or dancing with a plate in your hand at the cookout, you’re stepping into a space where your presence is not only welcomed it’s the whole point. This isn’t about reliving your 20s. It’s about celebrating the fact that you made it through them and came out sharper, wiser, and still down for a damn good time.

We created Thirty Plus because we saw what was missing: spaces where grown folks could gather, vibe, and feel seen without compromise. Our vision is simple build experiences that reflect who we are now, not who we used to be. From nightlife and lifestyle events to meaningful connections and future travel, we’re not just outside we’re building community, celebrating culture, and doing it all with taste. This is where you come to be reminded that age isn’t a limit it’s a flex.

We’re a community of professionals, creatives, and culture keepers who’ve outgrown the mess but still want to move, laugh, love, and be fly.

Founded in Charlotte, NC, Thirty Plus is a movement, from nightlife to lifestyle, from city nights to legacy-building.

We throw parties, yes. But more than that:
We host spaces where being grown is the advantage.
